1. ODL Severe Weather Tubular Skylights meet Florida Building Code hurricane impact requirements and will protect a home from hurricane conditions while providing light in dark areas. Energy Star qualified nationwide, the Severe Weather Tubular Skylights feature the patented Solar Lens Dome, which increases light through the tube.

2. The Curb Mount SkyWindows from Wasco Products is designed for flat, tile or metal roofs with a minimum 3:12 roof pitch. Made of one-piece Permatherm Vinyl Curb, it reduces thermal conductivity and condensation. The Curb Mount is available with Performance Plus 2 or Performance Plus 2X glass, as well as new hurricane-resistant glass and comes in standard bronze enamel finish or optional designer colors.

3. Insula-Dome’s Sunrise Series includes vented and fixed skylights. The product was designed to provide a maximum glass area for a lighter, brighter presence.

4. Solatube International has introduced a new 0- to 90-degree extension tube with the company’s Spectralight Infinity tubing material, which allows Solatube skylights to be installed almost anywhere without compromising lighting efficiency. The 0- to 90-degree extension tube is comprised of three built-in 30-degree angle adaptors, which allow the tubing to bypass attic obstructions, jog across rafters or hide installation on an opposite roofline.

5. Velux America offers energy-efficent skylight replacement glass models for homes using inefficient plastic bubble skylights. Quality models feature a double layer of Low-E coating to provide additional thermal performance, preventing heat gain in the summer months and heat loss during the winter.
